Every Year
At least once a year, your Ford Escape will need an oil change and an oil filter replacement. At this oil change service appointment, your vehicle will need to have several other parts inspected including:
   - Complete exhaust system and heat shields
   - All non-sealed steering linkage, ball joints, suspension joints, half and drive-shafts and u-joints
   - Automatic transmission fluid level (if equipped with under-hood dipstick)
   - Brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, hoses, and lines
   - Parking brake system
   - Cooling System and hoses
After all of these things have been inspected and tweaked if needed, your tires will need to be inspected and then rotated.
Every 20,000 Miles
Every 20,000 miles, your Escape will need to stop in to the service center for a quick cabin air filter replacement. While it may seem like a minor service, its important to have done and done on time because it will affect the quality of the air that comes into your car.
Every 30,000 Miles
Like the 20,000-mile service appointment, the 20,000-mile service appointment is short and simple yet essential. Every 30,000 miles, your Escape will need to have its engine air filter replaced. This filter is very important as it prevents build up of dust, dirt, and other elements in the engine. This can be detrimental to how it runs.
At 100,000 Miles
At 100,000 miles, your Escape will need to have some extra services done in addition to the annual inspections you usually get. In addition to those inspections, your accessory drive belt(s) will need to be inspected.
You'll also need to have several parts replaced and changed at this service appointment. Your platinum spark plugs and cabin air filter will need to be replaced, and your orange coolant will need to be changed before you can get back on the road.
At 150,000 Miles
Having your Escape for 150,000 miles is very exciting. To keep it going, it will need a few additional services when the odometer hits this mile marker. Your Escape will need to have its timing belt, accessory drive belts, and engine air filter replaced.
There's also a few fluids that will need to be changed during this visit. At 150,000 miles, your Escape will need to have its orange coolant and automatic transmission fluid changed.
