Considering a new Ford Mustang or Chevy Camaro but just can't quite make that final decision? It is always best to compare the vehicles' features and benefits when faced with such a tough decision.  Here is a quick analysis of both cars and what they offer.

Interior

The interior of any new car is important when making your final decision. From interior options like fabric type to fabric color, you'll want to make sure that your car is exactly as you want it.

The Ford Mustang offers interior features such as a one-piece instrument panel.  It also features new sew styles on the interior and retro elements like its conical instrument panel design.

In the Chevy Camaro you will find both modern and retro touches meshed together.  The Chevy Camaro has a bit less headroom than the Ford Mustang, so taller drivers should take note. Additionally, inside the Camaro you will find plastic trim and shiny plastic panels, retro-style block gauges in a cluster of four that include one for oil pressure, one for battery voltage, one for oil, and a fourth for transmission temperatures.  The front seats are roomy, but the car has a small back seat.

Exterior Features

The exterior of the Ford Mustang offers buyers stainless steel dual exhaust; HID headlamps that have gas bulbs which produce a stronger, brighter light than regular headlights; LED tail lamps; an optional deck spoiler; an optional V6 grille; the chrome Pony badge on the grille; and more.  The exterior of the current Mustang offers you the classic muscle-car look.

The Chevy Camaro, another classic muscle car, has automatic headlights, a redesigned front and rear that make it lower and wider, a new optional and functional hood vent, and a variety of colors from which to choose.

Engine Features

The Mustang's engine is a V6, although there is also a V8 package).  Or you can choose the five-liter.

The Camaro 1LS has a 3.6L 323-horsepower V6 engine with Direct Injection.  Other models have different engines; for example, the 1SS comes with a V8.
